What kind of help can you provide for my aging parent at home?

We offer friendly companionship visits, help with errands, driving to appointments, grocery shopping, and checking in just to make sure your parent is safe and comfortable. We’re here to support independent living and give you peace of mind.

Do you offer help on weekends or in the evening?

Yes, we can help you on weekends and in the evenings. We understand that everyone’s needs are different, so we do our best to be flexible and find a schedule that works for you and your family.

How much do your services cost, and is there a minimum number of hours?

Our pricing depends on what kind of help you need and how often. There is a minimum number of hours for each visit, but we try to keep things as flexible as possible to fit your needs and budget. We’re happy to talk about options that work best for you.

Do you stay in touch with families and let them know how their loved one is doing?

Yes, we keep you updated about how your loved one is doing. We share important information and let you know about any changes we notice, so you always feel involved and reassured.

What happens if I need to change or cancel a scheduled visit? Will I be charged?

If you need to change or cancel a visit, just let us know as soon as you can. We try to be flexible and understanding. There may be a small fee for late cancellations, but we’ll always explain any charges ahead of time.

How do I pay for your services, and what types of payment do you accept?

We make payment simple and convenient. We currently accept Zelle®, cash, and credit/debit card payments. For card payments, we use a secure tap-to-pay device, making it quick and easy to pay in person.

After services are scheduled, we’ll provide clear payment instructions, including when payment is due and which options are available.

Do you offer any kind of guarantee if I’m not happy with the service?

If you’re not happy with the service, we want to make it right. We listen to your concerns and will work with you to solve any problems quickly. Your comfort and peace of mind are very important to us.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract to get help from you?

No, you do not have to sign a long-term contract. You can choose the help you need for as long as you want, and we keep things flexible so you always have options that fit your needs.
